BMICE organised the whole annual convention of the Mistertemp corporate group. An event with more than 500 people that took place in Benidorm and the surrounding area. At BMICE we were in charge of coordinating the transfers and the hostesses to greet the participants at the airports of Alicante and Valencia.
We organised all the services associated with the event, from the planning and execution of the gala dinner, to hiring the catering facilities, security, audio-visual systems, live shows, among other things. Our team was also in charge of organising a multi-activity day for the group in which each participant could choose among more than 12 different experiences: e-bikes, golf, yoga, paddle, flamenco, wine tasting, guided tour, catamaran, etc.
